I'm Can. Also named as 蘇查哈爾燦 to write political commentary for newspapers and media like the Next Media, Stand News, Inmediahk et before. I now run my own writing column on Matters and Medium.
I have served the Chinese government in the field of Financing for more than five years, and I'm a graduate studying MPPA program in Los Angeles, California. I have also been concerned about civil society development and democratic progressive processes in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
I'm enthusiastic and fearless in coming up with new and clever solutions, always striving to find the best way. I have an interest in spirituality and politics and am strongly guided by my moral and ethical values.
